- Fill out Application in it's
entirety. (make sure all applicants information is
included and all applicants sign the application)
- Send the application to Perimeter North Properties Group, LLC
via:
- Fax: 770-200-1970 Attn: Randy Switts - Property Manager
- We will confirm receipt of the application and will process it quickly.
- Once approved, we will send the rental agreement (lease) to you or meet to sign the rental agreement. Note: We must receive the first months rent and security deposit to hold a house, no exceptions. Mail the first months rent and security deposit to:

- (Money Order or Cashiers Check only made out to: Perimeter North Properties Group, LLC)

- Review the Application and
contact you if there are questions
- Verify all applicants employment
status and verify income
- Verify all applicants payment history and amount with current landlord or mortgage company.
- Credit report(s) are reviewed and the approval process is complete. (FYI: we aren't looking for great credit, just great tenants)
- Perimeter North Properties will contact you with the status of the application as quickly as possible
